Each Teak Tray measures 12 inches long by 6 inches wide and stands 2 inches high and is truly a work of art. They are beautiful standing on their own or as fruit bowls, bread bowls, coffee table trays, potpourri holders or an exotic candy dish. Intricately grained and rustic, each tray is different, as we allow the organic nature of the roots to shape each piece with natural edges. Made from Salvaged Teak roots, these trays are beautiful, durable, and ecologically responsible. We coat our products with a food safe blend of organic beeswax and mineral oil.

Tuckahoe Hardwoods was started by brothers George and Johnny Dent in 2004 out of an old farmhouse on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. After developing our business here in Maryland, we started some sustainable forestry projects in Indonesia, where we now own and operate our own shop, using only sustainably harvested wood for all of our products. Production is started there, and everything is finished here in Maryland.

They are beautiful standing on their own or as bread bowls, coffee table bowls, potpourri holders or an exotic candy dish. Intricately grained and rustic, each bowl is different, as we allow the organic nature of the tree to shape each bowl with a natural live edge. Made from salvaged Teak root, our bowls are beautiful, durable, and coated with a food safe blend of organic beeswax and mineral oil.

Due to the organic nature of the product, variations to the edges will occur. It is possible to receive items that are more rustic or items that are smooth. If you desire a particular look, please send us a message after placing your order and we’ll try our best to accommodate!

Ranging from a lighter warm honey brown, to a rich deep chocolate tone, every board is truly one-of-a-kind. These boards do not have the lighter, tan live edge that we are known for, but are the same quality you have come to expect. These small handled boards measure 15” x 7” x 1.” These fully reversible boards are perfect for charcuterie, chopping or cutting, even serving – the applications are countless. Boards can be customized with engraving of logos, names, or even hand written recipes.
