Stellar Luxe is a brick-and-mortar home decor shop and vintage marketplace at 415 N Amboy Ave, Yacolt, WA 98675, and stellarluxe.com is our online store. This policy describes what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

Order information. When you place an order, our commerce platform, Shopify, collects the details needed to fulfill it — your name, email, shipping address, and payment information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo); we never see or store your full card number.

Newsletter email. If you join our list, we store your email address so we can send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

Cart data. A cart identifier is kept in your browser so your bag persists between visits. It contains no personal information.

We use your information to fulfill and ship orders, respond to your questions, and — only if you opted in — send you our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your data is shared only with the services that make the store work: Shopify (checkout, orders, and customer records), our shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and our print partner (to produce printed-to-order apparel, which requires your shipping address). Each processes your data under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email stellarluxedecor@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
