stellarluxe.com is operated by Stellar Luxe of Yacolt, Washington. By placing an order or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.

We work hard to describe and photograph everything accurately. Many of our goods are handmade, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, so small variations from the photos are part of their character. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities. If a listing contains an obvious error, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full.

Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. An order is accepted when we ship it; if we can't fulfill something you ordered, we'll contact you and refund what we can't send. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required.

Shipping details live on our Shipping & Returns page. If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

The Stellar Luxe, Villa Rue, Chicken Fashion Show, and Defend Yacolt names, designs, photos, and site content belong to us (or our licensors, like Jellycat product imagery) and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please follow the safety and care guidance on product pages — especially for candles and other open-flame products.
