Whole cardamom pods from the cloud forests of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, with a sweet, tart character reminiscent of summer fruits, fresh herbs and cut grass.

The fruit ripens yellow on the vine, producing pods that are softer and sweeter than standard green cardamom. Use them in any recipe that calls for green cardamom, from rice and curries to stews and braises.

Grown on a single-estate regenerative and biodynamic farm using traditional organic methods, then hot-air-dried. Notes of ginger, apricots and jungle flowers capture the distinctive character of this high-altitude crop.
