A natural unbleached cotton liner made for Danica's 13 inch rectangular banneton. The simple cross pattern adds a clean graphic detail.
An elasticized edge holds the liner in place while protecting the proofing basket from dough. It also gives the finished loaf a smooth surface.
Danica pairs practical bread baking function with washable 100% cotton. The banneton basket is sold separately.
