Enchanting Amethyst is a deep violet that turns almost sapphire where the light hits it, and the glitter and mica suspended through it read like crushed gemstone rather than paint. Scoop it, spread it, and the paste holds the mark of whatever you moved it with, so the texture is the finish.

This is the Art Extravagance Jewel line Finnabair makes for Redesign with Prima, a thick metallic paste built for dimension rather than coverage. Spread it with a palette knife, a silicone brush or a texture tool, pull it through a stencil for a raised pattern, or work it over mould castings and carved trim to bring the detail forward. It is water based and non toxic, and it thins with water or Fluid Medium when you want a wash instead of relief.
