Everything needed to start drawing properly, and nothing that is not. Six Goldfaber graphite pencils spanning 2H to 6B give you the whole grayscale, from the light construction lines you rough a shape in with to the black you drop a shadow into. Add the eraser and sharpener already in the tray and there is no second trip to the art shop before the first drawing.

The leads are finely ground graphite and clay, bonded down the full length of the barrel by Faber-Castell's SV process so they take a point and hold it instead of shattering in the sharpener. Barrels are hexagonal and stay where you put them. The eraser is PVC and latex free with comfortable grip edges. It is the set to hand a teenager who has started filling margins with faces, or to keep in a bag for yourself.
