Families cast a figure a year until the scene is complete; makers cast the whole set in resin and antique it into a keepsake that gets unwrapped as carefully as any ornament. The 5 x 10 inch food grade silicone holds every fold and halo at 8 mm depth, and works with clay, resin, wax and chocolate.
