Good to Know
- In-store pickup only. Helium balloons can't ship, so you'll choose your pickup day and time at checkout.
- Order ahead or same day. Book a pickup up to 30 days out, or as soon as 2 hours from now.
- Time it to your event. Latex floats 18 to 24 hours; mylar (foil) floats 3 to 5 days, so make sure you schedule your pickup close to your event.
- Please come on time. Balloons not picked up at the scheduled time can't be refunded or credited, and we have to let them go if nobody has claimed them after 24 hrs.

Bringing your own?
- We'll fill them: $1.29 regular mylar, $2.29 jumbo mylar, and $0.79 latex.
- Give each one a quick look first. If you ordered it from an Amazon seller, it's common for them to have pinholes or other defects, meaning slow leaks later.
- Occasionally a balloon pops during filling, especially in big batches. Please understand this risk. Only give us balloons that could be easily replaced if they pop.
Pickup and availability
Online orders are filled in the shop and picked up at the register. If a balloon you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you right away to substitute or refund it.
