Prussian blue is the deep, near black blue painters reach for when a piece needs weight. In Liquid Acrylic form it pours thin enough to flood a wash and stays dense enough to read as shadow, so it works as the dark note under metallics, the sea behind a moon, or a clean line of near navy along a painted panel. Prima’s own swatch shows it drying to a slate leaning blue rather than a bright cobalt, which is why it mixes toward gray and teal without going muddy.
