Twenty six letters, one dotted trail at a time. Each scene sets the letter inside a picture the child also traces, so an A comes with an ant to follow and a K comes with a koala and a kite, and the hand learns the shape before the head is asked to name it.

The pages are coated, and a wipe-clean pen is mounted on the front cover, so the same page can be done, wiped and done again. That is the difference between a workbook a child finishes once and a book that survives a whole preschool year.
