Ladyfinger is the smallest kernel the farm grows and the reason people who gave up on popcorn come back to it. Hulless and tender, it has almost none of the shards that lodge in your gums, which makes it the bag to reach for if your teeth are sensitive or if you are feeding somebody whose are.
