Iris Potion is a smoky, greyed violet, far closer to a dried iris petal than to a grape, and it is packed with fine silver lilac glitter that only shows itself when the light moves. That restraint is exactly what makes it useful: it reads as a soft antique purple across a whole panel, then flares into sparkle on every raised edge.

From the Art Alchemy Sparks line, the 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) jar is soft, creamy and rich in shimmer. Dry brush it over mould castings and carved detail, tint a frame or a small decor piece, or layer it into art journals and mixed media work. Water based, non toxic and permanent once dry, it pairs especially well with silver, pewter and cool grey palettes.
