The bigger of Rada's two peelers, and the one to own if you peel in quantity. The head carries a 2 inch dual edge face that swivels, which is the detail that matters: because both edges cut, it works the same in a left hand as in a right, and because the head pivots it follows the curve of a squash instead of fighting it.

The face is 300 Series high nickel stainless steel, hand sharpened. A pointed tip on the end digs out potato eyes, strawberry stems and the odd blemish, so you are not putting the peeler down to pick up a knife. Total length is 8⅜ inches, with the same permanently cast brushed aluminum handle Rada puts on its knives.
