When someone you love is unwell or worn down, flowers are gone in a week. This stays. The Healing orb is a 10cm ball of soft pink and lilac glass with fine violet strands rising through it, sent in a gift box that carries the word HEALING on the lid.

The message is gentle. The tag inside simply invites its owner to hang the orb in a bright place, as a reminder to turn their thoughts toward health and recovery. Given at a hospital bedside, after hard news, or during a long stretch of grief, it tells them you are thinking of them every time the light comes through it.

Each orb is blown by mouth in Eastern Europe and no two match, so expect the shade and pattern to differ a little from the pictures. Roughly 10cm (4 inches) across, supplied with a ribbon for hanging, suitable indoors or out. Picture one is a studio rendering based on Sienna Glass's own photograph of this orb; the rest are photographs from the maker.
