The base is a soothing blend of finely ground sea salt, Epsom salt and skin-softening glycerin, gently scented with 100 percent concentrated phthalate-free fragrance and infused with essential oils. It foams as it dissolves, so a mineral soak arrives with a soft head of bubbles on it.
