Wonder Gems casts a jewel box of Victorian ornament drops: filigree-covered baubles, a scrolled diamond crest, teardrop pendants and a tiny St. Nick cameo, each finished with its own hanging loop. Cast them in metallic-waxed clay and they read like heirloom ornaments rescued from a Belle Epoque attic.
The food-grade silicone mould is 5 x 10 inches with deep 8 mm cavities that capture every bead and swirl. Fill it with paper clay, resin, candy or chocolate, then dry-brush, gild or antique the castings and hang them on trees, wreaths, gift boxes or drawer pulls.
