A 36 piece jigsaw that travels in its own mini suitcase, with a real metal handle and a latch that snaps shut. Finished, the picture measures 31 x 23 cm, and that is deliberate: it is the size that fits on most plane and train tray tables.

The scene is North American woodland, painted by Australian artist Amanda Borchers. A brown bear up on its hind legs, a grey wolf, a spotted fawn, a red fox, a barn owl, a hedgehog and a large antlered deer grazing, with toadstools, monarch butterflies and fallen leaves filling the space between them.

The pieces are made from recycled material and come inside a paper bag rather than a plastic tray, so there is zero plastic in the box. A child can carry the case themselves, which is most of the appeal on a cafe visit or a playdate.
