Batman has faced down the Joker, Two-Face and a city that keeps electing the wrong people. He has not faced whatever noun a nine year old is about to write on page four.

Batman Mad Libs is 21 fill in the blank stories starring Robin, Alfred, the Joker and, in the publisher's own phrase, the rest of Batman's illustrious cast of characters. One story opens by announcing that Batman fears only one person in the world, then leaves the name blank for whoever happens to be in the room. Fill it in, read it aloud, and Gotham spends the next ten minutes being run by a table of children with a pencil.

Written by Brandon T. Snider, with an age guidance of 8 to 12. The cover lines Batman up shoulder to shoulder with Robin, Batgirl, the Joker and Two-Face, so nobody in the target audience has to be talked into picking it up.
