Chunkies Neon is solid tempera in fluorescent shades that glow off white paper the way the classic set never quite does. Uncap, twist the color up, paint. No water jar, no brush to rinse, nothing to spill on the rug.

The barrels are fat on purpose, sized for a whole fist rather than a pencil grip, which is why toddlers get on with them and why they survive being dropped. Color dries fast and stops smudging, so a finished poster can be carried off to the fridge in one piece, and shades still blend on the paper when a kid wants to mix.
