Five bunnies peek out of a leafy green bush through five little windows cut right through the cover: a fawn bunny, a black and white one, a black one, an orange one and a gray one. Babies can see them before the book is even opened, and that peek-a-boo moment is the hook for everything that follows.

The rhyming read-aloud text sends the bunnies dashing through the trees, over the flowers and through the leaves, and every page turn brings a playful reveal as little ones count along, with a starring role for the Easter Bunny himself. The sunny yellow cover is scattered with carrots, berries, a bluebird and a little tortoise to spot, so there is something new to point at on every read.

A 12 page board book, 7 by 7 inches, for babies to age 3, it is made for Easter baskets and springtime story time.
