Straight gold bars meet at sharp points to build a faceted, open shape that looks like a gemstone drawn in outline. Because every side is open, the bars at the back cross behind the bars at the front, and the piece shows a new pattern of triangles and diamonds from each angle you pass. It rests on its lower bars, so it needs nothing to stand on and nothing to assemble.

A fine sparkle in the gold-tone finish catches lamplight, and the open frame keeps it light on a busy surface, with books, plants and the wall behind still in view. Set it on an entry console, a sideboard or a home office desk for a modern touch of gold. It is an easy housewarming gift for anyone who likes clean shapes and a little shine.

Condition: pre-owned, with light surface marks on the gold-tone finish, as shown. The frame is built from straight bar segments joined at each point, and those joins show up close.
