A little illustrated Bible that holds your place in the real one, a mint green cover crowded with roses, wildflowers and hand lettered script. It is printed front and back: the illustrated Bible on the face that lies over the page, and a pink and white stripe on the half that folds behind it, which is the tab you see standing above the paper. It folds over the page and shuts on a magnet, so it stays put when the book goes into a bag and it will not slide out overnight. Folded it measures about 2.5 by 1.5 inches on 300 gsm paper, small enough to sit in a Bible margin without covering the text. It arrives folded onto its printed pink backing card in a clear sleeve, which makes it the easy thing to add to a gift for a Bible study group, a first communion, or a reader who already owns every book you could have bought.
