Plant Therapy built this one around what a bedtime blend usually smells like and then left out the part nobody enjoys. There is no valerian root in it, and no other oil with an unpleasant aroma, so what you get is soothing and sweet: lavender, ylang ylang, green mandarin, neroli and hops extract in a fractionated coconut oil base.
It is pre diluted to 3 percent, which means it is ready the moment you pick it up. No mixing, no mess, and nothing to spill on a nightstand. The maker's direction is to apply it to the chest or the tops of the feet about half an hour before bed. Ten millilitres in a twist top glass roll-on. It carries Plant Therapy's KidSafe and Pregnancy Safe designations and keeps one to two years.
