More than 800 vintage stickers run across 184 pages: a fox in profile, beavers working a stream, a white rabbit in a checked jacket consulting his pocket watch, badgers and skunks, a squirrel under scarlet maple, toadstools, ferns, blackberries and whole painted woodland scenes lifted from old natural history plates and fairy tale illustration.
Sizes run the full range, from a single small creature that finishes a corner to a full page scene that anchors a spread on its own. Gold lettering sits inside a scrolled cartouche across deep forest green boards, so it reads as an object worth leaving out rather than a craft supply to be hidden in a drawer.
