Sweetness is the whole point of Cherry Sweetie. The vines run long and trailing and hang their fruit in big clusters, one inch across and vivid red, and the sugar is high enough with the acid low enough that most of a picking never reaches the kitchen. Sow True Seed calls it a tomato for the dessert tray and that is not far off. Being indeterminate it keeps climbing and keeps setting until frost stops it, so give it a tall cage or a string and start the seed indoors six to eight weeks before your last frost. Around sixty five to seventy days from transplant to the first ripe cluster, and a minimum of forty seeds in the packet.
