Crunchy peanut butter is the first ingredient, and you can taste that it is. WOW Baking Company builds this cookie on real peanut butter rather than peanut flavour, then carries it on a gluten free blend of brown rice, white rice, tapioca, corn and potato starch with organic cane sugar and unsalted butter. The result is soft, chewy and properly peanutty, the kind of cookie people describe by saying WOW out loud, which is where the company got its name.
Each 2.75 oz cookie is wrapped on its own, so it survives a bag, a glovebox or a lunch. Dunk it in cold milk, or eat it next to a coffee and let the salt in the peanut butter do its work.
GFCO-certified gluten free, baked in Kent, Washington. It comes off WOW's frozen Bakery line rather than their shelf-stable one, and the maker asks that you consume or refreeze it within 14 days of receipt.
