Plant Therapy blends juniper berry, rosalina, black spruce, turmeric root extract and blue tansy into a fractionated coconut oil base, adds vitamin E, and puts it in a 30 mL glass bottle with a roller top. Nothing to mix and nothing to measure: it is already diluted, so it goes straight onto skin.

The aroma is tangy fruit with a fresh, spicy finish, which is a kinder thing to hand a child than most herbal blends. Roll it onto legs or wherever it is wanted, as often as you like. It carries the maker's KidSafe, Pregnancy Safe and Nursing Safe designations, all three read off Plant Therapy's own published safety row, and keeps two to three years.
