A four wheeled stroller in soft sage green painted metal, with a wooden push handle, cream rubber tires on spoked hubs, and a padded cushion in oatmeal ticking stripe, lined in rust and slate, running from the footrest up over the backrest. Across the front sits a bead bar with three wooden beads on it, green, tan and yellow, exactly the thing a real baby would spin.

The seat back lifts out and turns around. Facing in, the babies watch Mum and Dad push. Facing out, they get the view. Maileg says it carries up to three Baby Mice at once, which is the point of it: this is the stroller for a family that has outgrown a single bassinet.

Baby Mouse is the smallest size in the Maileg mouse family, and Maileg pairs that size with its My scale furniture as well as its Mouse scale pieces. The stroller stands 9.5 cm (3.74 in) tall on a folding X frame, in metal, cotton and rubber over polyester filling. One thing worth knowing before it arrives: Maileg names this colorway Blue and its US arm now calls it Mint, while the frame itself reads as a soft sage green. Park it beside the Mouse Garden Set while the grown ups eat. Other items pictured are sold separately.

Also available as part of the Baby Mouse Nursery Set for $125: the baby twin mice in matchbox, the stroller, the cradle and the babysitter chair.
