The same Mentha x piperita as Plant Therapy's standard peppermint, grown in India to organic standard and certified by the USDA, which means no GMOs and no synthetic pesticides or fertilisers anywhere in the crop. The bottle carries the organic seal and the ingredient line carries the organic asterisk.
Fresh, minty and cooling, undiluted, in the 1/3 fl oz amber bottle. Diffuse three to four drops per 100 mL of water, or add a few drops in a carrier oil to a warm bath. Topical use is capped at 5 percent in a carrier, and the bottle states one caution plainly: do not apply it to or near the face of infants or young children. It carries the maker's Pregnancy Safe and Pup and Pony Safe designations, and keeps four to five years.
