A grenadine that grew up. Portland Syrups builds Hibiscus Cardamom around whole hibiscus flowers and rose hips for a deep ruby, berry-tart backbone, then finishes it with hand-ground whole toasted cardamom for warm aromatic depth. One ounce turns a plain vodka soda into a drink that tastes deliberately made.
Splash it into Prosecco for a hibiscus mimosa, stir it into mezcal and lime for smoke and florals in one glass, or add it to Aperol and sparkling wine. It is just as good alcohol free: mixed with sparkling water and a squeeze of lime it drinks like hibiscus iced tea with cocktail complexity. The 12 oz bottle pours twelve one ounce servings.
