The odd one out, and the newest. Where the other three SopranoLabs jars are a white four salt blend, Revive is pink and red Himalayan salt on its own, which is why the jar is the colour it is and why it holds 9 oz where the others hold 8. Denser salt, same jar.
The scent is the other departure: Haitian vetiver and pink grapefruit, with Texas cedarwood and petitgrain filling the gap between them. Vetiver is dry, rooty and a little smoky, grapefruit is sharp on top, and the result reads unisex and slightly austere rather than floral. If the lavender and rose jars are for a long bath before bed, this one is for the bath after a day outdoors.
SopranoLabs was founded in New York in 2015 by the opera singer Inna Los, who still formulates every product herself. The maker states that everything is handmade from scratch in small batches, vegan and never tested on animals, and made without parabens, SLS, phthalates, fillers, artificial dyes, synthetic preservatives, GMOs, gluten, dimethicone or mineral oil.
