Meet Silver Metallic — liquid silver in a jar, dense enough with metallic pigment to read as polished metal rather than grey paint. It is the color to reach for when a piece needs cool glamour instead of warm age, and it is one of the brightest glazes Wise Owl makes.
This translucent, water-based glaze brings out the details of your piece. Wiped over a white like Isles Ave it drops a soft pewter shadow into every carved line; over a deep teal like Abyss it lights the whole run of molding up in cool silver. Start with the 2oz Sample to test it on your own color, take the 4oz for a single piece, or the 8oz jar for a full project. A little goes a long way.
You'll also need a clear topcoat
Glaze goes on over one coat of Wise Owl Varnish or One Hour Enamel Clear, then gets sealed with the same topcoat for full protection. Sold separately.
