The book is deliberately small, sized to drop into a purse or bag, which is the entire design brief of the Little First Stickers series. It comes out in the restaurant, the car and the waiting room, and it holds a three year old through exactly the stretches where nothing else does. Simple text and prompts run throughout, so vocabulary gets built in the middle of an activity nobody has framed as learning.
